Forms you can find here:
- 2007 Time and Talent form. As a partner in the life of this congregation, you are invited to
share your gifts with others - gifts of time and talent and interest and commitment.
Please check ways you will partner with others in 2007.
- Announcements at Sunday Services. Because we have multiple services, use this form to let
the pastors know of announcements you wish to make in person (at either service), or
announcements you wish them to make for you.
- Wednesday Night Community Night Registration - 2007-2008. We'd appreciate registration
to help us plan meals, supplies, leadership, etc., whether you'll be able to participate every week
or even just part of the time!
- Time and Talent "Short" form - because of new Sunday service starting September 10, 2006
- Special Fund-raising Volunteer form: Participate in the fun of doing tasks that will
help raise funds for our church's mission -- and connect you with others!
- Facility Maintenance Request See a problem or need? Have an idea for improving the facility? What to communicate with the Trustee Board?
- Expense Reimbursement - remember: you MUST also submit your receipt(s) and a self--
addressed, stamped envelope.
