Hat Makers At It Again!

Once a month (on a Saturday), volunteers meet at church to cut fabric, pin fabric and/or sew -- making hats and scarves for distribution - with Christ's love - to homeless and low-income people. 

In 2008, over 1,100 hats were made and distributed.  An additional 234 hats were made and will be distributed this year.  Our goal for 2009 is 1,000!

Thanks to all who participate. There are several ways to participate:

• Join us in person - for cutting, pinning, sewing and/or folding/trimming/quality control
  

• Donate fleece (or help us find donations!)
  

• Donate sewing thread
  

• Let us borrow your sewing machine
  

• Provide coffee and/or snacks on sewing day!
